Booking a centre tour is the ideal way to get a feel for the centre and decide if it's the perfect fit for your family. You also get to meet some of our dedicated team members, who will be nurturing your child once they start at the centre. So you have a clear sense of how your child will be inspired throughout each day.

And it should go without saying, but please bring your child with you. They should see the centre and meet the educators too.

Choose whichever of these options works best for you.

1. Book online anytime. You can view all available time slots and choose one to suit your schedule.
   

2. Speak with our friendly Enrolments Team in person at the Centre. They can help you book a tour at a convenient time.
   

3. Call our Enrolments Team directly on 1300 353 742.

At the end of your tour, a member of our Enrolments team will answer any questions you have and update you on current availability of care.

Availability depends on your requirements and current vacancies at the centre.

• If places are available, the Enrolments team member will formally offer you a place and provide documentation. They'll also guide your family through the processes, assisting with Child Care Subsidy (CCS) applications and answering any other questions you have.
  

• If places are not available, we’ll invite you to join our waitlist.
  

• In some cases, you may be able to enrol your child for some of the days you need, but be placed on a waitlist for other days.

We note your details and your child’s details, including their age and the day(s) of care required.

Availability of places varies by day and by age of your child. When a place becomes available, we offer it to the child who has been waiting longest.

It may happen that some of your requested days become available, but not all of them. We recommend taking those days and remaining on the waitlist for the additional days.

We run separate waitlists for each centre we operate.

We operate separate waitlists for each centre. You are welcome to apply for as many or as few centres as you like.

You may find that places become available for different days at different centres. We already have a number of children who attend more than one centre. Your child is welcome to do the same.
